A Listen Fundraiser has one motivation: To raise the most money for a charity from supporters who are inspired to keep giving in the long term. That means finding the right people to say "Yes" to the level of gift that's right for them.

Our Fundraisers genuinely want to make a difference. It's this, combined with inspiring training and ongoing development, that keeps us focused on making our next fundraising call the best ever.

We do that by engaging your potential supporters on a personal level. Empathising with them puts us in a position to make a strong, passionate ask. And we never forget that "Thank you" are the most important words we have - whether a person is able to make a gift or not.
