Hi, I'm David Robson, Sunderland supporter and Director of Operations at Listen. I moved into fundraising in 2006, and have spent time as a Call Centre Manager and a Client Relationship Manager before joining Listen in 2008. Managing a team of fundraisers inspires me because of the genuine opportunity to make a difference to so many varied causes. When the opportunity to join Listen arose, the chance to build an outstanding agency with a team of fundraisers which they were at the heart of was one I had to take.
